F&B Operations Manager
JOB PURPOSEIn line with Company guidelines, the F&B Operations Manager supervises the overall F&B operations on-board MSC Cruises vessels to achieve the highest results in terms of passengers' satisfaction and on-board revenue.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESMonitor the F&B product implementation on board ensuring that the overall product delivery exceeds passengers' expectations. Perform regular audits and inspections on board. Ensure that all standard operating procedures for revenue and cost control are in place and consistently utilised. Analyze on-board sales results and recommend actions to improve quality. Ensure smooth running of F&B operations including, but not limited to, loading of goods, port operations, inventory and stock levels, products' quality, etc. QUALIFICATIONS3-5 years working experience in managing F&B operations in the Hotel or F&B industries. Fluent in English and Italian.
Any additional language is an advantage. Computer literate with MS Office applications. Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent working experience. Certificate or diploma in food safety/HACCP is required. Strong leadership and influencing skills to support crew. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to analyse complex data. Planning & organisational skills. VISA REQUIREMENTSRight to work in Italy and European Passport
