As F&B Purchasing Manager, you are passionate about developing and executing the purchasing strategy to support our F&B product lines.

Your mission?

Maintain the cost efficiency while upholding our commitment to excellence in the Hospitality Industry.

Your responsibilities include: Expertly developing strategic procurement plan for Food & Beverage Exhibiting your impeccable knowledge of the supplier landscape identifing and establishing long-term partnerships to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality products.

Mastering the art of negotiation to arrange great contracts with suppliers.

Evaluate the suppliers performance and adherence to quality standards.

Analyze the market to make informed purchasing decisions.

Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock management and minimize excess inventory.

Staying updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to the F&B category.

Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.

Previous experience as F&B Manager and/or Procurement Manager is a plus.

Strong knowledge of the Italian F&B industry.

4+ years' high-level procurement experience.

Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Versatility in handling various work scenarios.

Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office package.
