Luxury Hotel experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
Good Leadership skills
Strong attention to detail
Passionate about Food and Beverage
Drives the team to create memorable experiences
Passionate about food and beverage
Good understanding and experience in driving revenues and controlling costs
English and Italian language skills
Must have the legal right to work in Italy as no visa is available
