Job Description: Within the FE Central Quality Team, we are recruiting an experienced Engineer to drive the SiC FE suppliers quality involving FE fabs CTN & Singapore and all specific FE SiC suppliers (including substrates).

Main responsibilities: Drive the SiC FE suppliers quality: Support materials and substrates qualification in FE SiC manufacturing plants.

Measure, improve and sustain Quality performance of our FE SiC suppliers.

Actively participate in 8D resolution in case of supplier or material responsibility is confirmed & drive escalation in case of Supplier Quality drift, bringing the adequate support to the manufacturing plants.

Consolidate and analyze the quality performance of the suppliers under the scope of responsibility (complaints, change management. . . ).

Define QIP (Quality Improvement Process) with suppliers for continuous improvement.

Contribute to Supplier Quality Audit Strategy definition and implementation in accordance with FE manufacturing plants and R&D needs.

Analyze SiC FE supplier quality system root cause to define quality programs when needed.

Promote to our external customer with specific presentations & benchmark with our competition to bring new ideas.

Interface with Suppliers Quality managers and teams in a multicultural context (Italy, France, Singapore).

Work in cooperation with Corporate Quality organization as part of a key actor in the global ST supplier quality.

Travels: about 1/month.
