**MISSION

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

- Features ideation and planning, with a focus on infotainment, connected services, ADAS/Automated Driving, electric vehicle-specific features and services for all Maserati vehicles;

- Features Product Management to ensure features' business specifications are delivered according to the Product Planning requirements;

- Ideation and product management of innovative features targeting 2030+ collaborating with Maserati Design team and Stellantis Innovation team;

- Creation of C-level executive presentations for product strategy decision-making or briefings or leadership escalation meetings;

- Define roadmaps for Infotainment, Connected Services, ADAS and EV-related features for the future Maserati lineup.

**REQUIREMENTS

- Master Degree in Business or Engineering

- Related work experience of at least 2+ years, preferably in tech / automotive companies

- Passion for automotive industry and tech sector

- Power Point proficiency

- Project Management skills

- Advanced English

- Team-working ability

- Team leadership experience

- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced work environment

- Confidence working towards tight deadlines
