**About the Role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our booth at the Mido Exhibition 2025 in Milan. In this role, you will embody the brand's values, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the smooth operation of front-facing activities. Your mission will be to create a welcoming and informative experience for all visitors while supporting the exhibition team's needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Visitor Engagement**: Warmly greet visitors, answer initial inquiries about our company, products, and sustainability initiatives, and guide them through the booth experience.
- **Information Coordination**: Manage visitor registration, distribute promotional materials, and assist with inquiries.
- **Meeting Management**: Coordinate schedules for meetings with the sales and executive teams at the booth and ensure all appointments run smoothly.
- **Maintain Booth Aesthetics**: Ensure the reception area and common spaces are tidy and visually appealing, showcasing our brand's commitment to excellence and sustainability.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Support with documentation, data collection, and other administrative needs during the exhibition.
- **Report**: Create daily reports on customer engagement.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles, preferably at exhibitions or events.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Highly organized, with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with sustainable and eco-conscious business practices is desirable.
**Working Hours and Duration**:
- 3 Training Days from 5th February 2025 - 7th February 2025, and 3 Exhibition Days from 8th February 2025 - 10th February 2025.
- Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily during the exhibition, with flexibility for pre
- and post-event setup.
**Outcomes and KPIs**:
- High visitor satisfaction and engagement rates.
- Seamless coordination of meetings and booth activities.
- Positive feedback on the reception area from both the internal team and external visitors.
