Your Key Responsibilities

Prevent failure and continuously improve our products / systems / processes in order to ensure customer satisfaction and requirement.

Coordinate CM (Change Management) and share reports with stakeholders.

Analyze internal quality issues and address them to the proper discipline.

Prepare and participate in customer audits and visits.

Support issue finding or root cause analysis for returned parts from customers.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's or above degree in Electric Engineering.

Work experience in electric drive systems.

Good analytical and communication skills.

Good command of English.
