You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fibre-optic communication systems. This role involves frequent travelling in the EU to various sites. The Ideal candidate: Experience in installation of fibre optic cables Termination and testing of fibre optics cabling Termination and testing of copper cables Ability to follow design drawings and schematics. Must be able to work effectively on your own and as part of a team Must have a focus on Health & Safety Use hand and power tools competently and safely Duties & Responsibilities Installing and dressing Cat 5e / Cat 6 / Cat 6A (Copper Cable) Installing and dressing fiber cables Install Cabinets Install Racks Terminate and test Cat 5e / Cat 6 / Cat 6A (Copper Cable) Terminate and test Fibre Optic Cable Patching Fibre cables Labeling Ability to follow design drawings and schematics. Requirements Desirable but not Essential Full Clean Driving License Willingness to Travel: The candidate must be open and available for frequent travel in Europe, possibly on short notice. Candidates should have a valid passport.
