What you will be doing

You will be ensuring that Satispay is well recognizable/visible in every merchant you visit and you will be a face-to-face support for merchants who accept Satispay as a payment system, interacting internally with various Satispay departments.

You will be visiting merchants in the field to carry out quality checks, visibility activities and to assist merchants with issues and queries of different nature.

The activity will be handled on the field with the merchant, and in particular you will be:

ensuring that merchants are displaying correctly Satispay branded materials in store: window stickers and QR codes in particular

ensuring that merchants are using properly the merchant kit provided

training the merchants to guarantee a great user experience

completing the on-boarding of new merchants that could not complete the activation process on their own

visiting every day a large amounts of merchants, and assisting them to solve pre and post-activation problems

collecting and combining information from multiple sources and analyzing feedback received from merchants

doing scouting of high potential leads from the field and stimulating merchants referrals

tracking activities into our CRM system

spending 50% of your time traveling

excellent interpersonal and communication abilities and attitude to work in a team

is naturally energetic - your enthusiasm is contagious

is skilled at building relationships - you are a great communicator, emphatic and understanding

technical knowledge of Digital or Payment solutions, POS or cashier systems as well as passion for Fintech is considered a strong plus

is fluent in Italian (native-equivalent level) and English

Logistic & Salary

The role is based in Milan, but it requires frequent business trips in Italy - about 50% of your working time.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
