Our client is a multinational company operating in Precision Industry, for a vacant position in the Sales Department they are looking for a

FIELD APPLICATION ENGINEER

Position Purpose:

Based on customer requirements and machine parametres recommends the best available solution or product.

Located in the Torino area, available to frequent travels in Italy and abroad (EMEA), spending time with customers.

Central tasks:

- Technical support (remotely and on-site)

- Training of customers and sales personnel

- Participation to trade fairs

Supports analysis and development of new Bondedproducts through:

- input from customers and competitors

- existing products' performance

- Supports Back Office and Project Office in the feasibility study for custom-Importante Azienda Bonded products:

- development of new drawings (dimensions, tolerances)

- development of custom-Importante Azienda specifications (manufacturing parameters)

Supports customer claims' investigations for the definition of their causes;

Identifies solutions to improve existing Bonded products and support Bonded products standardization;

Required skills:

Mechanical engineering degree or mechanical / mechatronics diploma

At least 5 years of experience in precision industries or tools manufacturing

Fluent english

The company offers a permanent contract.
