We are currently looking for a Field Application Specialist Puglia and Basilicata, who will demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems, and implement solutions.

He/She will be able to communicate honestly and create empathy with customers, colleagues, and collaborators. New colleagues will become aware of local market conditions and will be proficient in interpreting financial, strategic, and tactical information from internal sources to communicate appropriately on business conditions to customers. He/She will have the opportunity to lead a new installation implementation, acquiring company processes that are needed to schedule all necessary activities involving all the teams that must take action (internal, customer, others) from pre-installation to go-live. Key Responsibilities:Provide customer support, training, post-sales activities, customer maintenance procedures, and on-site assistance to our customers. Work closely with the local/regional team to protect, maintain, and increase the company's business, focusing on the installed base. Identify new needs initially not detected by the customer and provide the right solutions. Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Bioengineering, or Biotechnology; proficient English is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work autonomously and be a team player; open to travel, with the possibility of overnight stays (driving license is mandatory). You will be part of a dynamic team with a high focus on delivering results and continuous improvement, where having fun and teamwork is very important.
