The Field Commissioning Engineer is part of the Sensitive Qualification & Technical Support Team, and includes mechanic, automation, and process skills.

The job primarily takes place on-site.

The main function is the execution on-site of installation, start-up, and commissioning of prototype and pre-series Filler equipment manufactured in Sidel production plants.

The expert is also scheduled to validate internally and externally the introduction of modifications, variants, and new products in the portfolio.

The main target for this profile will be to increase competencies on all the Blower and SSC equipment, trade equipment, and simultaneously grow the local resources to the expected level of expertise.

Your Mission

Installation, start-up, commissioning, and testing on L3/L4 Filler equipmentTechnical assistance on-site during and after the warranty period for L3/L4 Filler equipment Qualification ProgramIntervention on-site in case of technical issues that require specific RCA & troubleshootingIntervention on-site on standard projects and services, in case of low request for L3 and L4 projectsImprove personal competencies on complete combi, trade associated equipment, and line equipmentSupport in the workshop for internal qualification of prototypes (run-off, assembly, test)Support on-site for external qualification of product modifications and variantsResponsible for equipment performances at customer plants, based on technical, contractual, and safety specificationsHandling, checking, and transferring properly equipment NC to Technical Support teams and EngineeringTechnical reporting activity executed clearly, precisely, completely, and on timeSupport the training of subcontractors FSE, when scheduled on L3/L4 projectsYour Profile

Education Qualification

Bachelor Degree or equivalentProfessional Qualification & Experience

At least 5 years of field or service experience on-siteKnowledge of beverage technology: combi/stand-alone technologyStrong verbal and written communication skillsLanguage Requirements

Italian & EnglishOther languages would be a plus
