Field Consultant
The purpose of the position is to increase dealer parts sales through in-depth investigative analysis, implementation of the best practice process and development of targeted business activities in line with the market needs of each Dealers. Duties :Delivering incremental OEM parts revenue through implementing sales focused activity within the BMW parts Dealers. Carry out market analysis and formulate potential for multiple BMW parts Dealers. Create bespoke business plan, marketing plan and sales strategy for BMW parts Dealers. Generate a dedicated Dealers Action PlanDealer improvement actions priority definition, taking into account size and ease of opportunity and Dealer capabilitiesPresent action plan and responsibilities to Dealer staff, gaining buy-in at all levelsAssist in the on-boarding on new BMW parts Dealers. Implement and manage BMW parts Dealers' standards. Train BMW parts Dealer staff in market leading sales skills. Provide coaching 'hands-on' support at all levels to initiate action plandata analysis, process implementation, sales coaching, customer and opportunity managementEnsure effective communication and feedback at all times with: Head Office, Regional and District Management, MSX Program Management, MSX Support FunctionsProvide timely and accurate reporting as per program requirementsAttend meetings as required, providing territory results, feedback and market intelligenceManage the Network Assessment (Principles)according to the procedures defined by the NSCResponsability:People:Cooperate and collaborate (Team working and team building)Training for new consultants (training on the job)Ensure the correct training path of new apprendiceshipInform the Project Coordinator about the critical situationsFinance:Monitor own travel expenses and maintain these in budget Asset & tools:Take care of the company assets (usage in line with company policies, managing and maintenance) Process:Correct and professional implementation of the projectApply system management proceduresPropose project improvements (new implementation tools and activities, training material, etc.
