BUILD BEYOND POSSIBLE, WITH ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING Who we are looking for: As a Field Engineering Specialist, you will lead on-site technical assessments, installations, and maintenance for complex projects.

You'll troubleshoot issues, assist in project planning, and perform field tests to ensure system efficiency.

Collaborating with the engineering team, you'll drive process improvements and innovations.

Few examples of responsibilities: Conduct on-site technical assessments, installations, and maintenance for complex projectsTroubleshoot technical issues and provide swift and effective resolutionsAssist in project planning, including equipment selection, resource allocation, and timelinesCollect data and perform field tests to evaluate the performance and efficiency of our systemsGenerate detailed reports and documentation of field activities and findingsWork alongside the engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovationsProvide technical training and support to clients and internal teams as neededInternal assembly of our technologyCreation of procedures and technical manuals for machine assemblyIdeal Background: Diploma or ITS in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Robotic field.

A specialization in Additive Manufacturing is considered a plus1-4 years of experience in Field Engineering in manufacturing complex systems; experience with Large Format systems will be considered a plusAbility to read electrical schematics and mechanical technical drawingsAbility to work in teamStrong problem-solving skillsHigh proficiency in English or Italian (C1); the other language needs to be intermediate (B2)Other requirements: Willingness to travel to client sites in Italy and abroad. A valid driver's license.
