**Who we are looking for**:
As a Field Engineering Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products and services are seamlessly integrated into client operations.
Your responsibilities will include addressing technical inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and collaborating with clients to achieve successful outcomes.
You will also support project planning and provide training and support to both clients and internal teams.
Few examples of responsibilities:
- **Client Management**: Manage technical requests to ensure successful product and service implementation.
- **Technical Support**: Provide training and assistance to clients and internal teams.
- **Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, creating documentation as needed.
- **On-Site Support**: Offer occasional on-field support during installations.
**Ideal Background**:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or a related field
- 3 years of experience in Field Engineering with a strong client management approach
- MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in English and Italian (at least B2/C1)
