The Role: The purpose of the role is to promote both the HOKA brand and our products to retailers and consumers through the education and experience of trying products at retail and event environments.

You will provide support for retail customers by driving product led educational training experiences and engage consumers via promotional activities.

The Field Experience Representative (FER) is an integral part of growing brand awareness and stimulating end-consumer demand and ultimately connecting consumers to HOKA products either in-store, on-line or at events.

They are responsible for presenting themselves and the brand in the highest possible regard at all times.

The role works hand in hand with the Trade Marketing Manager to improve retailer services and sales penetration.

The individual must be flexible to carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit that will benefit the HOKA brand as a whole.

Your Impact: Increase retail sell through velocity by supporting the retail outlets Generate brand awareness with key influencer groups and the wider community through own lead consumer event penetration and working with the Trade Marketing Manager on marketing programs that drive such initiatives Train retailers' sales staff to understand the key benefits, differences and technology of the HOKA product Work with our retail outlets to influence and deliver tailored in-store merchandising, growing the presence of the brand within our retailers Identify opportunities to stimulate consumer groups in the field.

Strategize with Trade Marketing Manage to align with regional strategy, brand goal directives, and successful execution Build relationships with our retailers giving added values and acting as a product expert Report field activities to the company including competitor activities, store visit reports and customer feedback Be an ambassador for Deckers Brands and the HOKA brand Who You Are: You are motivated with an independent will to succeed You have a close affinity with running, the outdoors and living an active lifestyle A collaborative team player, able to form great working relationships and present ideas to the team You're comfortable to travel weekly within your territory and sometimes beyond We would Love to Hear from People with: Experience in a similar role within the retail industry is a plus A passion for the HOKA brand journey A valid Full Driving License is essential for this role Fluency in Italian with a good level of oral and written English is required for this role What We Will Give You: Competitive Pay and Bonuses - We've created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they're valued.
