What's the role?

We're looking for a passionate salesperson with an understanding of the Italian market who will help increase satisfaction and service portfolio of the Italian Hilti customers.

**What does the role involve?

**:

As **Implementation and Care field **, you'll be supporting the business in various activities, from service implementation of Large new customers and upselling to the existing ones to support in building customized training materials for large accounts.

You will support Hilti Account Managers in managing the new implementation and after sales care of our Tool Services solutions.

You will also be able to discover how a marketing department works in a multi-national, multi-cultural environment.

This means to be a fast-learner, curious and open by nature, to ensure smooth onboarding and effective support to the team.

the job will involve working in tight contacts with many departments, and a multi-level approach would be required to be successful in the job.

Having a passion for technology and innovation is a plus

- Able to work in autonomy, self-responsible with learning agility skills

- Able to work remotely, and use/learn to use all related instruments (MS Teams, PPT, XL, etc.

)

- Structured and organized

- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with pro-active and target oriented behavior

- Able to work in cross-functional teams

- Good Communication and presentation skills

- Understanding of Customer needs

- Sales expirience

- Understanding of Asset management software
