Job Overview We are looking for a Field IT Technician with experience in IT desktop support and end-user support at large multinational companies, in order to support our customers on site in the area of Milan.

Minimum Requirements 2 years of IT experience in an IT Support role. Experience in Windows 7-11, MS Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions, and IT ticketing systems. Ideally background as IT technician (desktop support). Good English and fluent Italian. Familiarity with ticketing system. Availability to work rotational 24/7 standby shift. Availability to travel in the area of Milan. Driving license. Main Responsibilities Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in computer hardware and software in systems such as laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, tablets, etc. Provide general deskside support, imaging/re-imaging PCs and laptops. Coordinate with the third-party service provider for timely repair of the system under the maintenance agreement warranty, and repairing minor flaws in hardware if not covered under the same. Provide assistance in installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners, etc. , cabling systems like local area network cables, network interface cards, wired switches, etc. Provide smart hands and eyes support led by remote team for network devices and servers. Location Milan area (availability to travel in the area is required - driving license needed).
