Gtmhub is seeking an incredible Field Marketing Manager with 2+ years of enterprise SaaS marketing experience to join the Marketing team in EMEA.
- This is a remote position - you can join our team from anywhere in EMEA with a reliable internet connection. _

**The Role**:
As the world emerges from COVID-19 hibernation, we intend to aggressively get our marketing back out into the field.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of building out and executing against an enterprise-focused field marketing strategy that meets the needs of a post-Covid world.
**The Details**:
As our Field Marketing Manager, you will:
- Support our teams in EMEA and around the world with both physical and virtual events.
Some of these events will be sponsored and some will be our own, but in either case, you will be on point to ensure that the customer and prospect experience is of paramount importance.
- Ensure that our story is effectively told and that no lead is left behind as we help the world understand the power and potential of becoming an outcome-minded enterprise.
- Also be responsible for supporting our sales family, being the yin to their yang as you identify innovative ways to connect with the horizontally-minded audience we serve.

**What We're Looking For**:
To be successful in this role at Gtmhub, you'll need to have:
- A desire to win and contribute to part of a winning team

- 3-5 years marketing experience, with at least 2 years B2B field marketing experience in SaaS marketing
- You are a creative thinker and strong communicator who is adept at content creation, messaging, and tailoring marketing programs to reach and appeal to specific personas and audience segments with experience and proven success
- A track record of executing paid and hosted events in an innovative way
- Experience in demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM)
- Experience planning and hosting online functions including webinars, round tables and masterclasses
- Familiarity with Hubspot and Salesforce
- An understanding of the needs of an enterprise sales team
- Willing to travel, when necessary
- Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to roll up their sleeves and get things done
