**You will have an impact on the following topics**:
You will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns and activities to target prospects directly within Italy to generate brand awareness and new demand.
The role is part of the marketing team, and to deliver on this mandate, you must work closely with the central marketing team in Germany as well as forming a close strategic alignment to regional Sales.
The role involves strong understanding of the marketing channels in Italy.
- You build co-marketing plans with central team to target prospects directly operating within Italy with clear focus on pipeline generation
- You discover new marketing opportunities by performing market analysis, know our clients and get as much value from them as possible to drive our go-to-market strategy
- You lead the localization of all marketing materials, assets and programs required for the designated markets.
Reviewing and updating materials to ensure their relevancy for the market
- You execute new strategies to increase touchpoints within a customer's journey to optimize conversion rates
- You work in close alignment with sales leaders to consolidate and filter field requirements, identify key targets, and build out the contact database
- You contribute towards the overall development of the company's brand and visual identity and local brand awareness
**With these skills, you complete our team**:
- You have at least 3-5 years' experience in B2B lead generation and customer acquisition marketing
- You have an expert understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth and brand positioning
- You are very skilled in managing and interpreting campaign data - reporting, analysis, optimization
- You'll demonstrate excellent skills when it comes to research, data crunching and storytelling
- You are an organizational and communication talent with an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- You are characterized by a hands-on approach, creativity, and motivation to independently grow our international marketing in Italy
