Field Marketing Manager - Temporary
Job Description**:
The Field Marketing Specialist will develop and execute the marketing strategy for the region in close cooperation with our Sales team to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
The right person will also be able to provide input into the program strategy, conceiving of new ideas to increase effectiveness as part of the overall MicroStrategy go-to-market platform.
We are looking for the person who will not just want to execute tasks across multiple projects but also take on an ownership role.

**Your Focus**:
- Align with regional sales teams to plan and execute a regional marketing strategy in support of regional and worldwide sales, lead generation and marketing goals.
- Own the webcast/webinar program by driving the editorial calendar and working with internal and external stakeholders to execute the webcasts
- Own our local PR activities including creating success stories and white papers in cooperation with our sales team and leverage them on a local basis into custom webinars and virtual events
- Manage joint marketing with our key partners, including partner sponsorships
- Deliver communication to the sales team regarding marketing program information, updates, expected involvement and access to promotional materials
- Manage vendor coordination, obtain quotes, submit purchase orders and track invoices
- Ensure all our contacts opt-in to being contacted by Marketing Campaigns
- Respond to ad hoc sales and customer inquiries, and respond in a timely manner
- Assist with various projects as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree or comparable vocational education
- ** At least 2-3 years marketing experience in a related role**:
- ** Strong digital/online marketing background and execution experience**, experience with SEO/SEA and video-based marketing is a plus
- ** Passion for creating content and (written) communication including fluent German and English skills, oral and in written**:
- Knowledge of Enterprise Software Industry, B2B Go-to-Market processes as well as understanding of sales channels and market segments highly preferred for the role
- Energetic, strong work ethic and a dynamic individual
- Highly motivated and willing to work within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
