We have an excellent opportunity for a talented professional interested in making a difference in our sales team in Giunti Psychometrics.

The role of **Field Marketing Specialist **reporting to the Marketing Manager will be based in Florence and will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating work environment alongside talented professionals.

The professional we are looking for is self-driven and highly collaborative.

**She/he will have a crucial role in managing the lead generation and lead management processes focused on customer segments**.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Lead generation and lead management for each customer segment

- Collaboration with Head of Sales and Account Managers of the reference market to collect marketing needs of customers to be reported to the central Marketing function;

- Localization of central brand marketing initiatives on the target market;

- Operational responsibility and project management of campaigns designed for the target audience;

- Analysis of competitive positioning & local market opportunities

- Production of Market statistics for internal stake holders to provide insights and analytics answering business needs.

**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor Degree, Master in Marketing is a plus

- Minimum 1-3 years of marketing management experience required

- Knowledge of marketing automation

- Proactivity and initiative

- Accountability and high sense of responsibility

- Great planning and organizational skills

- Teamworking and collaboration

- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint in particular)

- Good knowledge of English

- Salesforce and/or other CRM knowledge is requested
