On behalf of a big Global Pharmaceutical player, a world leader in innovative therapies for several diseases and at the forefront of cancer research and treatment, we are looking for the: FIELD MEDICAL MANAGER ONCOLOGY Disease Area Breast Reporting to the Medical Unit Lead, he/she will define and execute, in compliance with applicable regulations and SOPs, local Medical Strategy and local/integrated Evidence Plan for brand/indication, coherent with Disease Area Strategy and priorities. Main responsibilities : Ensure proper internal sharing of medical strategy, as well collaboration with all relevant internal stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Marketing, Integrated Access, Regulatory, Patient Partnership); Establish effective peer-to-peer relationships with external stakeholders to execute disease strategy, in full alignment with ethical standards and compliance principles, as well as with the company's SOPs and applicable regulations; Provide insights gained from the scientific and patients' community regarding unmet needs and share relevant evidence derived from Medical and Scientific literature (i. e. about therapy, products, competitors); Work as part of teams related to relevant disease area with a proven ability to make an active contribution to the team's performance and teamwork experience; Support and facilitate the execution of the company's sponsored studies and research activities in full alignment with the integrated evidence plan and the publication plan, and by closely collaborating with the Clinical Operations team; Accountable for identifying and properly addressing local data gaps and for supporting Product Value proposition, through the implementation of relevant studies/projects (clinical trials, RWE projects, non-clinical activities) and communication of related results; Accountable for organizing national educational activities, scientific advisory boards when appropriate according to the content; Main requirements: Education/Qualification: Medical Degree, qualified Doctor in Oncology. Experience and Skills: + 2 years previous experience in pharmaceutical industry within Oncology Therapeutic Area; Medical competence and strong scientific background, interest in developing expert knowledge for the assigned therapeutic area/products; Ability to deliver scientific presentations, good communication and influencing skills; Attitude to build and manage external stakeholders' relationships; Ability to make sound, timely decision within area of own responsibilities; Organizational team working and cross-functional collaboration approach; Project management mindset, ability to organize and prioritize work; Proficiency in English, to collaborate internally across the broader international working groups; Location: The company is based in Milan. The position is hybrid, requires ability to travel up to 60% of the time (Lombardia) and to be on-site when needed. The search is open to male and female (L. 903/77).
