Position We are currently seeking a Field Operation Specialist to join our After Sales & Services Dept.
at CAREL HQs in Brugine (Padova).
Role Goal Guaranteeing the capability of CAREL organization of providing a high quality and effective support to the defined geographical operations in Field area.
Reports to Field Operations Manager.
Main Responsibilities & Activities Perform the activities of first level of escalation from customers. Ensure accuracy and precision in customer care with KPIs focusing on speediness and satisfaction levels. Utilize tools, software, methods, and workflows to simplify customer contact and problem resolution, aligning with the Sales Area Manager. Escalate to the second level of analysis of a TT if necessary. Manage expenses related to customer requests, ensuring responsibility for warranties and payments of external technical assistance. Involve customers in new service offerings that are of a certain value or complexity. Analyze data from process-monitoring tools (e. g. , "TT Helpdesk system" or "Contact Center" system) to provide summarized and valuable information to the Area Manager of the Sales department. Requirements Must Have At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. High school degree. Share the value of the Carel Culture Code!Preferred Experience in mid-large sized companies with a focus on services. University degree is preferred.
