This role is responsible for leading field commercial organization and the execution of marketing plans for our Transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive commercial excellence with focus on the agent network by training, monitoring, tracking and following up on KPIs and commercial results in consultation with European marketing, training and PEMA, business operations and other key functions

Manage Hybrid & agents in the execution of a comprehensive regional and account plans, delivering of marketing campaigns, supporting of salesforce in regular and frequent customers visits; updating of clinical evidence

Support development of account plans, stay abreast of market dynamics and analytics (market size and trends, competitive situation, reimbursement, tenders)

Drive the implementation of new product launches Precision & Evoque and ensure strong launch execution, contribute to the establishment of the vision, strategy and objectives of the TMTT division in large sized country

Manage the event strategy of the country in close alignment with European marketing

Implement targeted Therapy Development initiatives and referral activities specifically for tricuspid disease in alignment with European organization and the market access team

Drive commercial excellence for tenders by connecting with cross functional stakeholders and the sales team along process

Understand and follow up on daily needs of the commercial team in alignment with the marketing & educational plans.

Develops outstanding credibility with sales team through product, procedural and clinical knowledge.

Bachelor's Degree Required
