Main Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure the on-field project quality during the installation and commissioning activities to guarantee consistency between the project QCD objectives and the Customer's satisfaction. Assist the PrQSM in the interfaces with the Customer, supervise quality issues, and address Customer concerns satisfactorily. Support the Project Installation Manager and the Project Commissioning Manager in 4M preparation. Monitor the installation and commissioning team to ensure compliance with quality standards and contract requirements. Perform site inspections and audits in accordance with the contract requirements (Alstom, subcontractors' or Partners scope). Issue typological Quality Control Plans (QCP) for installation and commissioning activities in accordance with the contract requirements. In coordination with the Project Installation Manager and the Project Commissioning Manager, ensure control of the output of quality documents/records on site (Material Register stored on site, Operational QCP Register, etc. ). Verify that the latest drawings and documents are used on site during audits or during verification of operational QCP. Provide feedback to the Projects Quality Manager to raise on-field NCR and advise about CAR and follow up to satisfactory closure. Ensure that the Installation and T&C population tracks the red and yellow lines in the project documents as defined in the project quality plan. Support the team during project audits (internal/external). Contribute to the preparation of Internal Hand-Over between installation and T&C teams & of External Hand-Over between Installation/T&C and Customer.
