Job Description: KWS Italia S. p. A. is looking for a Field Production Technician for their Conviso Sugar Beet unit activities based in Forlì.

This position is full-time.

What you can expect in this role: Supervise growers during the production process to improve yield, quality, and stability in seed production Supervise and monitor all production processes Implement high-quality assurance measures Support all activities related to sugar beet seed production (nurseries included), cereals, and other projects Ensure production stability on a high marketable level (germination and purity) Support continuous improvement projects in field production activities What you bring in: Residing in Forlì or willing to relocate Sound agricultural know-how, preferably experienced in sugar beet seed production High flexibility and willingness to travel within production regions #J-18808-Ljbffr
