For a multinational pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a: Field Project Manager As Field Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Translating and implementing appropriate strategies and integrated customer-centric brand plans to achieve the business objective within the territory assigned to the respiratory area.

Ensuring an excellent customer experience in collaboration with cross-functional territorial colleagues (Representatives/DM/Kam/MSL).

Translating customer needs into new cross-functional projects and leveraging them for the development of partnerships.

Ensuring alignment and synergies between the national strategy and specific territorial priorities and ensuring awareness of customer needs to the national cross-functional team.

Area:PIEMONTE / TOSCANA / UMBRIA / SARDEGNA / LIGURIA / VALLE D'AOSTA Tasks & Responsibilities Understanding the real-life customer flow and collaborating with the franchise team to unlock the full potential of the market.

Exploring, proposing, and ensuring the implementation of value-added solutions for our Customers, designed through close collaboration with our Stakeholders and Top Opinion Leaders, leveraging feedback from Customer Functions, Platforms, and Technologies, maximizing the use of data.

Leading the entire process of gathering and analyzing local customer/competitor information to advise the office-based cross-functional team and inspire value-added projects for clients.

Collaborating with brand managers and the medical department in the development and maintenance of relationships with Key Opinion Leaders for the products under his/her responsibility and territory area.

Participating in the definition of the integrated project plans in terms of investments and relevant activities for the respiratory brands local and national.

Developing and implementing the activities necessary for the launch of new products.

Monitoring brand performance, customer interactions, and other key performance indicators of the assigned territory.
