Position: Field Sales Agent
Responsibilities: As a Field Sales Agent, you will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships in the assigned area. Your main objective will be acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones by offering financial solutions tailored to their needs. Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities in the B2B market. Developing and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with companies in the financial sector and other key industries. Delivering commercial presentations and negotiating financial service terms. Collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams for the proper implementation of financial solutions. Meeting sales targets and regularly reporting results to the management team. Acting as a local market reference, representing the company's values and brand. Requirements:
Previous experience: At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the financial sector. Education: University degree in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar (specific training in Corporate Finance is a plus). Languages:Native Spanish. Very high level of English (C1 or higher), essential for communication with headquarters and international clients. French (B2 or higher) is a plus. Skills and competencies:Negotiation and sales closing skills. Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Strong autonomy and motivation to work in a dynamic and competitive environment. Ability to understand and communicate complex financial solutions clearly and effectively.
