**YOUR TASKS**:
- Ensuring the achievement of sales targets for assigned and newly acquired customers within your area of responsibility, in accordance with sales strategies and policies
- Managing a portfolio of customers and prospects through personal sales visits/direct contact
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, working closely with the relevant departments within DHL to ensure their enquiries are dealt with appropriately
- Ensure that all customer reports relating to customer service and/or credit control are coordinated and managed through the relevant DHL departments
- Formulate a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives to identify and acquire new business prospects and maximize growth within the existing customer base
- Build a strong customer relationship to ensure maximum business growth
- Develops knowledge of DHL's products/services and business activities in order to provide the best possible solutions to customers
- Manages the process inherent in customer visits, business agreements to ensure that customer information is accurately maintained in the customer portal/database
- Analyze and monitor customer data to measure trends
- Ensure cooperation with other members of the sales team
**YOUR REQUIREMENTS**:
- Diploma/degree
- At least 5 years of experience in the role (or similar)
- Good knowledge of the office package (especially Excel)
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English (intermediate)
