Every Alfa begins their journey with a fixed-term contract of 1 year (CCNL Commercio, III Level), with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term and continuing a long path of growth within our organization. Location: Milan, Via Eritrea n. 21 20157 (Palazzo Tecniche Nuove)Full Time: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch breakHybrid Mode: 60% office, 40% home office - 3 days in the office, 2 days remoteStart Date: 2nd December 2024 or 13th January 2025Offered Salary (gross): 42-47K OTETrial Period: 60 working days (3 months)In your Role:You will speak with potential customers with the goal of scheduling a product demo. You will conduct product demonstrations with the aim of selling subscription packages. You will participate in marketing and sales meetings to coordinate campaigns. You will receive a salary composed of a fixed compensation and a monthly performance-based bonus. Minimum Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in B2B salesCold-calling experienceItalian native speaker; fluent in EnglishStrong results orientation and structured approachAbility to collaborate in a "win-as-a-team" environmentAffinity with technological/innovative solutionsResidence in Milan or Munich and its province or willingness to relocateNice to have:2+ years of experience in SaaS companies or in a healthcare organization (e. g. , dental practice, general medicine, hospital, etc.

Unless otherwise specified, an onboarding period of 1 week is scheduled at our Munich office, where you will have the pleasure of meeting our entire team and visiting the beautiful city!
