Field Sales Representative (F/M/D) - Pharmbio Products - Home Office
About the Role: We are looking for a Field Sales Representative (f/m/d) to join our PharmBIO market facing team in EMEA.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering near-term revenue and developing a substantial funnel for long-term, sustained growth at or above PharmBIO's segment market growth rates.
You will work with product specialists, strategic marketing and sales leader to develop and execute the account strategy to achieve top line revenue growth.
This is a remote position and you can work from your home office in most locations within EMEA.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies and tactical plans that deliver year-over-year sustainable and profitable revenue growthDevelop a pipeline of opportunities through prospecting and lead qualification at existing and new accounts, to grow revenue and increase market share; achieve quarterly and annual revenue goalsIdentify, engage, and develop relationships with key buying influences including "C" level executives with the purpose of influencing customer decisions; develop and maintain a network of relationships with key customers and market leaders to provide opportunities for new businessEffectively communicate and influence how Gore resources can best support the customer buying process (e. g. , mobilize Product Specialist and Business support)Analyze market competition, trends and maintain a strong understanding of industry dynamics to identify new opportunities and build our customer pipelineCollaborate with internal and external team members to develop account specific strategies and ensure alignment with PharmBIO business strategyProvide broad insights to customer needs, buying patterns and requirements and translate this insight into a unique winning solutionServe as a subject matter expert on how Gore's unique PharmBIO products solve a clear and compelling problem for our customer.
Leverage knowledge to help Gore win opportunities in the biopharmaceutical and medical device markets. Effectively utilize Gore's sales tools to build your sales funnel, advance opportunities, manage accounts, accurately forecast, and capture business critical informationParticipate in industry networking and conferencing events to learn the market and further enhance Gore's credibility and recognition in the industryRequired Qualifications: A bachelor's degree and five years of market facing / commercial experience with experience in regulated markets.
A background in Pharma bio-processing markets is strongly preferredDemonstrated prospecting, qualification and closing skillsProven track record in achieving high level sales results including finding new opportunities and converting pipeline to new revenueDemonstrated ability to understand, navigate, and sell into highly technical markets, with a technical degree preferredSelf-starter, ability to work independently and collaboratively across different functionsResourceful and creative developing contacts, advancing in the customer buying process, and generating early sales of new productsThrive in a new business environment with selling experience and successful track record in converting leads with a high win rateStrong written and verbal communications, team building, prioritization, multi-tasking and negotiation skillsAbility to travel up to 50% of the timeWhat We Offer: Our success is based on the capability and creativity of our Associates, and we are proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive total rewards program that supports your everyday and helps you build your tomorrow.
