Field Sales Specialist Central Italy
Overview:
The ability of multitasking, communication, working successfully and efficiently within high-functioning team and with other functions is as important as being able to resolve customers' issues.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support Account and Key Account Managers analysing customers' technical or organizational difficulties.
Elaborating and presenting relevant projects.
In the pre-sales phase, recommends technical solutions, including answering customers' questions about the use of company solutions, on site or by remote access.
Organizing and conducting demos.
- Organizing and executing on-site Customer training and initial instrument set-up, if needed.
Explaining technical solutions and benefits, helping customers implementing the solution by supporting the installation and go live process (reagents, software, LIMS connection).
- Supporting the Sales Team and Distributors' sales activities to ensure territory and regional sales targets are achieved.
- Documenting all activities and additional information gathered in SFDC/Service Max.
Qualifications:
- Scientific background coupled with business acumen.
- Ability to identify customer needs and elaborate relevant technical solutions based on Bio-Rad's product portfolio.
- Work experience in the IVD and/or Laboratory of Clinical Medicine or Medical Device markets.
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems and networks (database management, Windows, IT maintenance) complemented by IT skills in a Laboratory of Clinical Medicine (LIS, middleware, connectivity).
- Very good demonstrating and presenting skills when explaining technical backgrounds and product information, showing the ease of use for Bio-Rad products.
- Ability to prioritize multiple high priority activities
- Analytical and problem solving approach2 or more years of experience in the scientific field (healthcare industry, laboratory)
- Experience with diagnostic laboratory
- Experience with IT and statistics
