The Field Service Italy is looking for a Field Service Coordinator for Monza site. Who you are We are looking for a person with: Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Open minded Communication capabilities Flexibility Ability to build and maintain relationships Commercial and technical orientation Strategic perspective What about the job In your role you will: Be responsible for planning the Field Service activities Evaluate the necessary skills and knowledge to execute the requested service Make and confirm appointments with the customer Ensure an optimized service response Report field activity and create technical reports (follow up Service report) Verify the ordered spare parts delivery for the Field Service job Manage all post-op issues Supervise pre-service site What you know You have: Technical Diploma/ Bachelor's degree will be an asset 3-5 years of previous experience in the role Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) A good command of written and spoken English J-18808-Ljbffr
