Contract TypePermanentCountryITALYLocationParmaYour opportunitySidel is looking for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) specialized in Automation.

The main focus includes:Performing installation, start-up, commissioning, and testing of the Sidel Equipment supplied to customer sites;Providing technical assistance during and after the warranty period, conducting training, and offering other after-sales services for Sidel's equipment installed at customer sites;Developing a good understanding of customer needs to provide objective advice and ensure customer satisfaction. Your MissionTest and evaluate equipment performance at customer plants, based on technical, contractual, and safety specifications;Properly handle, check, and transfer equipment non-conformities;Prepare Job Progress Charts and technical reports regarding carried-out activities;Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction;Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sidel coordination plan rules, and customer rules;Report after-sales opportunities detected on customer sites;Coach junior colleagues on on-site behavior, technical activities, troubleshooting, and reporting deliverables;Report to the ISM for team site activities. Your ProfileEducation Qualifications And Language Requirements:Technical professional qualification or Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a plus;Fluent in English, written and spoken;Other foreign languages as per regional allocation is a plus. Professional Qualifications And Experience:3 years of experience in field activities;Experience in the beverage industry;Consolidated technical background in Automation and Electrical;PLC knowledge is a must (Siemens or B&R preferred);Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus;Knowledge of the process machinery upstream of SIDEL equipment;Knowledge of microbiological principles, hygienic and environmental conditions, and guidelines.
