As Field Service Engineer, you will be attending customer sites throughout Central Italy to install, service repair our instruments in accordance with SOPs and Health Safety regulations.

Your role is essential in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support, as well as product training escalation of more complex issues.

This will be a field-based role we are looking for someone who is happy to travel around Southern Italy further afield on occasion. How You'll Make an Impact:Installing, maintaining, diagnosing, emergency repairs of Bio-Rad equipment at customer sitesMaximising equipment performance customer satisfaction in accordance with Bio-Rad guidelinesWorking with the sales wider customer support team to keep up to date with workloads business requirementsProvide training to customers staying up to date on our product offeringsLocation: this is a field travelling role; candidate should be located in Central Italy area (ideally Rome based)What You Bring:At least 2 years' experience in a Field Service Engineering role (IVD company, healthcare industry, hospitals laboratory, CoreLab, medical devices market)Customer facing experienceExcellent time management experienceFluent in Italian working level EnglishIT and networking knowledgeUp to date computer knowledge including MS officeFull driving licenceWho We Are: For 70 years, Bio-Rad has focused on advancing the discovery process and transforming the fields of science and healthcare.
