Your role is essential in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support, as well as product training & escalation of more complex issues.

This will be a field-based role & we are looking for someone who is happy to travel around Southern Italy & further afield on occasion. How You'll Make an Impact:Installing, maintaining, diagnosing, & emergency repairs of Bio-Rad equipment at customer sitesMaximising equipment performance & customer satisfaction in accordance with Bio-Rad guidelinesWorking with the sales & wider customer support team to keep up to date with workloads & business requirementsProvide training to customers & staying up to date on our product offeringsLocation: this is a field travelling role, candidate should be located in Central Italy area (ideally Rome based)What You Bring:At least 2 years' experience in a Field Service Engineering role (IVD company, healthcare industry, hospitals laboratory, CoreLab, medical devices market)Fluent in Italian & working level EnglishIT and networking knowledgeUp to date computer knowledge including MS officeFull driving licenceWho We Are: For 70 years, Bio-Rad has focused on advancing the discovery process and transforming the fields of science and healthcare.
