Job DescriptionThe Field Service Engineer has a key role in handling claims; the main objective of the role is to support the customer by managing the critical issues reported. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES Use of the dedicated management system (SAP CS);Analysis of incoming claims and assignment to the appropriate Investigating Person;Constant monitoring of progress in resolving claims;Support in the technical aspects relating to the closure of claims;Monitor the management flow of claims from opening to closing;Analyze the final results of the investigation from a technical point of view to ensure that the customer has the correct information relating to the corrective actions taken (final report);Follow up of corrective actions;Support on the management system specific to theInvestigating Person involved in the management of the claim so that the solution adopted is implemented in the production process;Support the meetings related to the claim process;Be proactive in proposing and developing local projects aimed at increasing quality and reducing the number of claims;Provide information to customers in relation to the installation of the units both from a mechanical and electrical point of view as support for the installation, setting and wiring of electric fans.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (engineering sector);Flexibility and availability to travel in Italy and abroad;Very good knowledge of English;Very good knowledge of Excel and MS Office;Willingness to perform manual tasks;Preferable experience in the refrigeration/air conditioning sector.
