Position- Support bidding and budgeting activities for assembly and start-up activities in the service

- Ensuring the completeness of the technical documentation accompanying the intervention and the end-of-maintenance technical documentation

- Contribute to the identification and evaluation of technical risks

- Provide the necessary elements for the definition of Risk Assessments to the HSE function

- Provide the HSE function with the elements within its competence for the drafting of Lifting Plans

- Prepare Method Statements

- Prepare the operational estimate of the activity and update it according to the additions of the scope of work

- Prepare Purchase Requests and activate suppliers in agreement with the Procurement function

- Follow up field activities and identify additional activities (EW) and their impact on costs and execution times

- Record Non-Conformities and assess their impact on costs and execution time

- Contribute to the definition and validation of the scope of work in coordination with the Engineering function

- Contribute to the preparation of final project cost reports in co-ordination with the Project Management function

- Facilitate the correct flow of technical information between the construction site and headquarters

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in technical field or similar education;

- Experience in the maintenance or construction of large rotating machines

- Ability to plan, organise, lead and manage operational activities

- Good knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD and MS Access will be preferred

- Good mechanical knowledge

- Good knowledge of technical drawing;

- Ability to work to a time schedule and meet defined deadlines;

- Basic knowledge of workplace safety;

- Teamworking

- Good knowledge of the English language;

- Willingness to travel frequently anywhere in the world;
