Your Future Role Provide technical service for automated equipment to our customers. Install new parts to optimize existing machines and carry out preventive maintenance. Perform tests to verify the proper functioning of equipment. Train customers to use their equipment. Diagnose and solve customer problems. Recommend customer maintenance plans, parts, or other adjustments. Participate in the internal commissioning of equipment at our plant in Eersel, The Netherlands, and Parma, Italy, when manufacturing complex projects. Participate in the installation of automated equipment with Engineering teams and international customer services — Americas, Europe, or Asia. Required Skills Technical training in the field of industrial automation. Electrotechnical skills — ability to solve mechanical issues when necessary. Customer and service-oriented. Ability to spot commercial opportunities. In possession of driving license B. Excellent communication skills in Italian — intermediate to advanced skills in English.
