On-site installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of CNC machine tool equipment and controlsDelivering technical product demonstrations to customers as well as training in set-up, tooling, operating and programming of the machine tools in scopeSupport to spare parts by determining parts required by the customerPreparation of service reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing repair informationYour ProfileEducational background in mechanical / electrical / mechatronics or equivalent technical orientationSeveral years of proven experience in operation and troubleshooting of CNC machine- and automation-related manufacturing processesAbility to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and mechanical schematicsOperational experience with machine controlsCustomer service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective customer relationshipsIT skills (MS Office)DMG MORI supports equal opportunities.
