We're looking for a senior field service engineer for the Liguria and Piedmont regions of Italy to help us boost the company to the next level.

As an expert professional in your area, you ensure assistance aimed at customer satisfaction of all Sysmex products / solutions in the assigned geographic area. Member of the regional technical service team.

Main objective: Ensure uptime of instrument installed base in its assigned geographic areaBuild professional relationship with end-users and laboratory stakeholdersPerform troubleshooting both in person and remotely. Execute reactive and proactive service activities at customer's site and/or remotely Task requested Perform pre-installation visits and planning meeting with customersCarry out pre-installation at Sysmex workshop and installations at customer sideProvides basic technical and maintenance training to end-usersCarry out repair actions and maintenance visits as per Sysmex proceduresPlan proactive activities and regular visits to key customersReport of field activities and instrument statusKeep lab directors informed about service deliverables and instrument statusOrganize regular meeting with key end-user to highlight value of serviceAssure that all customer-related records are up-to-dateAccurately record service activities on Sysmex CRMAssure customer satisfaction on all post-sales phasesCollaborate with commercial functions on new tenders and business opportunitiesCoordinate with other support functions in the field and at national or EMEA level Job requirements University degree or equivalent in engineeringAdvanced certificate in electronics and/or equivalent industry experienceTechnical knowledge of electronic equipment (preferably IVD)Knowledge as a user of PC tools and software applicationsLanguages: native Italian speakers and professional English General professional experience: 3/5 years of experience as FSE on medical device industrySelf-motivation with the ability to work under stressful situationsAble to proper communicate with end-usersPrevious experience with hematology, urinalysis, and haemostasis instruments is a plus Why work with us at Sysmex?
