**Your responsibilities**:

- Perform Service tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identify

- technical problems and make analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories (installation and

- commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, replacements etc.

).

- Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation.

- Coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities.

- Troubleshoot simple equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.

- Provide recommendation to management to improve operations and customer service.

**Your background**:

- Mechanical High school or Mechanical Engineering degree;

- 1 year of experience in Field service is a plus

- Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing machines;

- Knowledge of electromechanical machines;

- Availability to travel (90%);

- Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
