What you find at Beckman Coulter - and within yourself - might just change the world Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Admin Field Service Manager provides excellent support to our customers. In this organization, they will drive a team of engineers to provide "white glove support" for our customers. They must be focused on supporting the organization's growth by creating base business retention through field support. As a member of the Customer Care Management team, they will report to the Senior Manager of Service Operations. Being responsible for base business retention, they will work closely with the Sales team to arrange a tailored plan to improve customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for improving the technical and soft skills of their team, ensuring the best-in-class support. Support the Customer Care Vision and Mission to add value to customers and be perceived as partners to improve lab performance. In this role, the responsibilities will include: Building the best class support in your area from technical and application perspectives. Working with Sales in supporting base business retention. Providing the right support to customers according to contract specifications and priority. Arranging internal training for engineers. Supporting the field from the admin standpoint (installation, daily routine, and deinstallation). The essential requirements of the job include: Degree in Technical Engineering or Scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology). Minimum 5 years' experience in the Medical Diagnostics industry leading teams. Leadership attitude, able to drive people and create a culture of strategy execution. Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on problem-solving. Ability to work flexible hours as business needs dictate. Available to travel 50% of the time. Hold a current valid driver's license and good driving record. Associates who drive Beckman Coulter vehicles will follow the Danaher Company Vehicle Policy. Excellent English skills.
