Field Service Manager Northern Europe (m/f/d)Join to apply for the Field Service Manager Northern Europe (m/f/d) role at Alpitronic. As a Field Service Manager Northern Europe (m/f/d), you will lead and manage a team of Field Service Technicians. You will develop, improve, and motivate the organization to deliver the best service customers expect, making it the best place to work and targeting growth, efficiency, and margin. Your Responsibilities:Lead and develop a team of Field Service Technicians and provide ongoing coaching and guidance. Drive business results by effectively managing customer relationships in the Northern Europe region. Structure the countries and areas to become best in class in regard to customer satisfaction, employee engagement, growth, and profitability. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them. Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures and the Alpitronic Quality Management System. Your Qualifications Skills:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar. Strong leadership skills and proven track record of developing teams. At least 4 years of experience leading a team of Field Service Technicians. Solid experience in managing customer relationships. Well organized, structured work ethic, and strong communication skills. Willingness to travel. Fluent in English; an additional language (e. g. , Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Dutch) is an advantage. OUR COMMITMENT:Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team.
