Role Definition: Installs, maintains and troubleshoots equipment at the customer's location using a set of tools, parts and technical diagrams. Customer service assignments include on-site preventive maintenance and inspection service work, call-out services and commissioning activities on turbomachinery and package systems. Used to travel on Customer site between 75 to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities: Effective use of test equipment to diagnose and identify malfunctions. Refer to schematics and manufacturers' specifications to resolve problems. Mentor field service representatives and provide technical coaching to peers. Use hand tools, gauges and instruments to analyze, repair or replace faulty parts. Perform routine installations and adjustments of equipment as appropriate. Perform commissioning services for PRU as well as new equipment. Minimum Requirements: Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience desired. Skills: Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations. Initiative: Being proactive and committing to action on self-identified job responsibilities and challenges. Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing and resolving organizational, operational or process problems. Mechanical Maintenance: Knowledge of mechanical equipment and preventive maintenance; ability to repair or replace faulty mechanical parts. Safety: Knowledge of procedures and regulatory requirements for the safety and protection of workers, community, and environment. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC): Knowledge of PLC; ability to design, implement, and operate automated process controls. Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches and techniques; ability to resolve technical problems in a manufacturing environment. Languages: English and Italian mandatory.
