Job Description: Job Description As a Field Service Representative, you'll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for our Italian customers with a specific focus on North East and Centre Italy.

This mission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), de-oxygenation, electro deionization, Membrane BioReactor, and ultrafiltration (UF) in wastewater applications.

To be successful in this profession, you'll need to have excellent mechanical and/or electrical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Main Activities: Operate, monitor, and maintain a variety of water treatment equipment; Conduct chemical analysis on field turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, COD, Nitrogen (N-NO2; N-NO3; NH3), O2, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements; Verify and control biological processes (Activated Sludge, MBR…); Verify and control chemical processes (Chemical Physical pretreatment, Ultrafiltration, Dewatering, EDR); Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts; Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment; Create and maintain site paperwork, weekly, monthly reports and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed; Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications; On-call support as needed for ongoing site operations; Strong performance around Environmental, Health and Safety a must.

Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering or equivalent professional experience; Ability to travel throughout the territory as needed; Good knowledge of English; Ability to read drawings of mechanical and electrical diagrams; Knowledge of the operation of motors and electrical machines; Good communication skills.
