As a Field Service Representative, you'll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for our Italian customers with a specific focus on North East and Centre Italy.

To be successful in this profession, you'll need to have excellent mechanical and/or electrical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

**Main Activities**:

- Operate, monitor, and maintain a variety of water treatment equipment;

- Conduct chemical analysis on field turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, COD, Nitrogen (N-NO2 ;N-NO3; NH3) O2, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements);

- Verify and control biological process (e. g. Activated Sludge, MBR );

Verify and control chemical process (e. g. Chemical Physical pretreatment, Ultrafiltration, Dewatering, EDR);

- Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts;

- Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment;

- Create and maintain site paperwork, weekly, monthly reports and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed;

- Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications;

- On call support as needed for ongoing site operations;

- Strong performance around Environmental, Health and Safety a must.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree on Environmental Engineering or equivalent professional experience;

- Ability to travel throughout the territory as needed;

- Good knowledge of English;

- Ability to read drawings of mechanical and electrical diagrams;

- Knowledge of the operation of motors and electrical machines;

- Good communication skills.
