You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. A Day in the LifeIn this exciting role as a Field Service Specialist, you will have responsibility to provide field service for Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) ablation business.

The right candidate will possess a mix of technical, leadership, and customer relation skills in the support of service and repair strategies for CAS capital equipment portfolio.

The candidate must be driven to succeed and willing to invest the time necessary to deliver world class service and development of a new product for the CAS business.

This candidate will be field based and ideally in Italy. Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) provides a broad suite of electrophysiology solutions intended to disrupt and lead the market in cardiac mapping and ablation technologies for arrhythmia management.

These clinical and economical solutions will enable clinicians to treat patients with safer, faster, easier and with more predictable procedure times and outcomes. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Perform site assessments, installations, inspections, verifications, corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure successful implementations of Affera equipmentMaintain and submit technical records as per regulatory requirements. Input to technical knowledge base and dissemination of knowledge of our products to Sales and Clinical teamsInput to service processes to ensure continual improvement and evolution of the Field Service organization.

This includes the development and maintenance of Service documentation and proceduresParticipate in the development and delivery of technical training to our distributors, partners, agents and technically qualified representatives of customer baseFacilitate the smooth transfer of new products into commercial launch by participating in all stages of the design transfer into commercial production. Required Knowledge and Experience:5 years' experience in field engineering maintenance in medical devices, aerospace, or other highly regulated environmentsAbility to troubleshoot problems and technically diagnose medical equipmentFlexibility to travel frequently – the majority of the role will be travelingA strong working knowledge in English and Italian.
