Your ChallengeDuring the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the-art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.
As a Field Service Specialist Apprentice your activities will include:
Support the installation and setup of industrial automation systems such as PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems. Assist in performing routine maintenance on automation equipment to ensure accurate functionality. Help diagnose and fix basic technical issues with automation systems, both remotely and onsite. Assist in inspecting customer equipment and systems to ensure they meet required standards. Help organize and prioritize tasks based on their importance. Contribute to the improvement of internal tools, equipment, and processes. Ensure all activities align with relevant safety and regulatory standards. Assist in coordinating with sub-contractors and monitoring their work. Participate in the development of new service solutions. Required entry qualifications:You are under 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract. You are a recent ITS graduate, or you have a diploma or degree in electrical/automation/electronic. Proficiency in English and Italian. A passion for continuous growth. Respect and appreciation for each person's uniqueness, with a willingness to co-create and share knowledge. Eligibility to work in Italy.
